Judy Beth Hutcherson has announced that she will seek the position of Clark County Treasurer in the Democrat Primary. She is an Arkadelphia native with over 20 years bookkeeping experience.

Al Brown announced this week that he is a candidate for the Clark County Quarum Court representing District 10. He is a Democrat.
Area Highway Improvement Bids Opened
The Arkansas State Highway Commission has opened bids for a project to improve a Clark County highway, according to Highway Commissioner John M. Lipton of Warren.
