The coach is the person who tries to get each player to have confidence and work hard. Hard work and confidence are the keys to a strong, winning team. Teamwork also plays a major role in having a better team. Teamwork is putting the good and the not-so-good players together to do their best in a game. If you have confidence, work hard and work with others, as your coach wants, you're likely to have a very successful team.
