College NewsPublished Wednesday, January 31, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneRed River Technical College at Hope is pleased to announce that Linda K. Taylor and Amber Ward, seniors at Nevada High School and Patricia D. Brzeski a senior at Prescott High School have been awarded technical scholarships to attend Red River Technical College. The scholarships are based upon ACT scores and/or grade point averages plus a recommendation from a school official. Taylor is the daughter of Brenda Taylor of Rosston. She will be pursuing a certificate in licensed practical nursing (LPN) while attending Red River Technical College. Brzeski is the daughter of Stan and Lisa Brzeski of Prescott. She will be pursuing an associate of applied science in business technology while attending Red River Technical College. Ward is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Ward of Bodcaw.
