Vollie Campbell

Vollie Campbell, 85, of Emmet died Thursday, July 1, 1999, at Medical Park Hospital in Hope.

Mrs. Campbell was born February 11, 1914, in Nevada County to Owen and Maudie Rogers McBride. She was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Campbell was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Campbell, who died in 1976, two sons, Charles T. and R.C. Campbell, and by two grandsons, Charles Allen and Clint Eric Campbell.

Survivors include two sons, Edmond Campbell and Wayne Campbell, both of Emmet; four daughters, Emma Hignight of Ft. Smith, Betty Honey of Prescott, Carolyn Sanford of Prescott and Jo Ann Sneed of Hope; two sisters, Helen Kelly of Prescott and Pauline Crouse of Texarkana, Texas; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were Saturday, July 3, in Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Bryant, Elder Elmer Grant and Rev. James Adams officiating. Burial was in Harmony Cemetery in Sutton under the direction of Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home of Prescott.
