Blevins Spelling Bee Winners Announced

Blevins Public Schools announce the winners of the Blevins Spelling Bee. These students will compete on Tuesday, February 20, at Hope for the chance to become the Hempstead County Spelling Bee champion.

The county chapmpion will travel to Little Rock to take part in the state championship.

Winners include Ashton White, fourth grade; Alex McGinnis, fifth grade; Zach Taylor, sixth grade; Michael Scott, seventh grade; and Nicole Stewart, eighth grade.

Alternates who will also be spelling are Ron Elmore Jr., fourth grade; Haley Tomlin, fifth grade; Wesley Ratcliff, sixth grade; Bianca Hill, seventh grade; and Geoff Salisbury, eighth grade.
