Brown Vies For County Judge's SpotPublished Wednesday, February 21, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneJames Roy Brown has announced he will seek the position of Nevada County Judge. Brown is a native of Nevada County In the past he has served as Nevada County Circuit Clerk. He is 47 years old, married to Barbara Brown and they have two sons, John and Ryan. "I pledge to all the people of Nevada County to serve you to the best of my ability." he said. "I will always have an attentive ear to your problems.
