Williams Seeks Re-Election

Billy C. Williams, Clark County Circuit Clerk, announces his candidacy for reelection, subject to the Democratic Primary in May.

Williams, a native of Clark County, is a graduate of Arkadelphia High School. He holds a bachelors degree from Ouachita Baptist University and a masters from Henderson State University.

According to Williams, "I have enjoyed serving the people of Clark County in the past and look forward to serving them in the future. The future is already being opened to Clark County citizens through the computerization of court records."
