Jack House Is New Candidate For Co. JudgePublished Wednesday, February 28, 1996 in the Nevada County Picayune`Coach' Jack House announced his candidacy for Nevada County judge to the Picayune. The 40-year-old has been a resident of Nevada County for 32 years. He is married and he and his wife have three children. He has spent the last 16 years working with Nevada County's youth as a school teacher, coach, bus driver and assistant principal. "I hope to promote teamwork in the courthouse and all areas of county government," House said in a prepared statement. "I pledge to continue the traditional honesty associated with the county judge's office and be a hard working judge for all the people of Nevada County. I want and need your support. Thank you."
