Spruill Candidate for JPPublished Wednesday, March 20, 1996 in the Gurdon TimesKenny Spruill announced this week that he would be a candidate for Clark County Justice of the Peace in District 10. Spruill is a lifelong resident of Gurdon and is employed by Horizon Bank of Gurdon, where he is a loan officer. He is a member of the Gurdon Chamber of Commerce and is serving his second year as vice president. He is a member of the Gurdon Rotary Club and attends First Baptist Church. Spruill is active in the Gurdon baseball program and coaches a Little League team. He is married to the former Heather Brandon. He states that he would like to serve as Justice of the Peace from Gurdon, and he would always be ready to listen to the concerns and suggestions of the people of the district.
