Students Participate In Crusade

Published Wednesday, March 27, 1996 in the Gurdon Times

Cindy Duke's, Allison Pepper's, Marsha Griffin's, Michealyn Moorehead's and Riche Clark's classes are participants in the K-4 Crusade class offered through Henderson State University.

This class features an interdisciplinary approach for the instruction of science, math and reading. It provides innovative training and equipment for educators who are committed to improving education for all students.

First grade and other special classes at Gurdon Primary School have participated in several activities in conjuction with the K-4 Crusade, including bubbleology, penguins, dogs, frogs, prior knowledge, writing assessment and language experience.
