Henry A. BrightPublished Wednesday, March 27, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneHenry A. Bright, 83, of Gilmer, Texas, formerly of Emmet, died Wednesday, March 20, 1996, in Longview Regional Hospital in Longview, Texas. Born March 16, 1913, in Nevada County, he was a retired chicken farmer and a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, Lois Bright of Gilmer, Texas; three stepsons, George E. Langston of Gilmer, Lyndell Mac Langston of College Station, Texas, and Virgil McNatt of Florida; one stepdaughter, Cathron Cockrell of Coleman, Texas; two brothers, Jim Bright of Sutton and Duncan Bright of Indiana; and a sister, Ruby Grimes of Texarkana, Ark. Services were held Saturday, March 23, at Brazzel-Oakcrest Chapel Funeral Home in Hope. Burial was in Harmony Cemetery in Sutton under the direction of Brazzel-Oakcrest Chapel Funeral Home.
