Second Annual Easter Egg Hunt Set For April 6Published Wednesday, March 27, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring its second annual Easter egg hunt Saturday, April 6, at the Nevada County Courthouse. All children age one through ten are invited. There will be four egg hunts scheduled according to age groups:
The Chamber Easter Bunny will be present to visit with egg hunters. Joining the Easter Bunny will be Miss Nevada County, Kelli Ashbrook, Miss PHS, Jessi Ward, and the Curly Wolf mascot. There will be lots of Easter eggs, gifts and prizes complimentary of the Chamber of Commerce retail merchants and businesses and a food concession stand. Among the prizes and gifts are four golden eggs to find; each finder will receive a stuffed Easter bunny. There are no admission charges. However, egg hunters should bring an Easter basket for each child. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
