Thomas `Ted' RaglandPublished Wednesday, April 3, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneThomas `Ted' Ragland, of Denver, Colo., died Monday, March 22, 1996, in the Hope's Medical Park Hospital. He was the widower of Henrietta Ragland. Survivors include three daughters, Valarie Gulley of Prescott, Mabel Foreman of Prescott and Tomi Cannon of Fayettville, Tenn. Services were held Monday, April 1, at Olinger Mortuary Chapel in Denver. Burial was in Highland Cemetery in Denver under the direction of Olinger Mortuary.
