Registration For Gurdon Head Start Is April 22-25

The Gurdon Head Start Center, located at 410 East Main, will be taking applications April 22-25 for the fall program. Call 353-6616 or come by the center to make an appointment.

Children who will be three or four by October 1 may be eligible for childcare services at no cost to the parents. Parents should bring proof of income (a copy of this year's income tax return is best), the child's birth certificate, and his or her immunization record.

Eligibility is based on income guidelines.

A part day program is provided for non working parents and a full day program is offered for working or in school parents.

The center is administered by Central Arkansas Development Council with Federal Funds from the Deparment of Health and Human Services.
