Safe Kids Week SetPublished Wednesday, May 1, 1996 in the Gurdon TimesGurdon Primary School is participating in National Safe Kids Week 1996 During the week of May 4-11 by sending home a copy of the Family Safety Check. The National Safe Kids Campaign is the first and only national organization dedicated soley to the prevention of unintentional childhood injury. The mission of the Arkansas Safe Kids Coalition is to reduce the number of fatal and non-fatal injuries to Arkansas children by creating safer homes and communities through education and intervention.
