DRUG BUSTPublished Wednesday, May 15, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneTwo Rosston residents were arrested Wednesday evening and charged with misdemeanor drug possession and a felony possession of drug paraphernalia. According to Westmoreland, Sheriff Harold Vines developed information from the Nevada Schools concerning children in the home. He said the children had complained about the effects of being exposed to a large amount of marijuana smoke in the home. Warrants were issued by Municipal Judge Barry Barber, and the arrest of Thomas W. Adams, 40, of Rosston, and Carrie Hill, 33, of Rosston, was made around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
