Military NewsPublished Wednesday, July 14, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneChristopher J. May has been promoted in the U.S. Air National Guard to the rank of staff sergeant. May is a life support technician with the 189th Airlift Wing at Little Rock Air Force Base. He is the son of James E. and Minda S. May of Delight. His wife, Celeste, is the daughter of James M. and Rheta McKnight of Delight. The sergeant is a 1994 graduate of Delight High School and a 1998 graduate of Henderson State University in Arkadelphia.
