Scramble SuccessfulPublished Wednesday, May 15, 1996 in the Gurdon TimesThe Gurdon Rotary Club has announced the winners of its golf scramble that was held May 4. Winners were David Karr and Lymond Rhodes, first place; Scott McCuistion and Blake Gills, second place; and Jack Robertson and Phil Robken, third place. The club expressed its thanks to all who played in the two-man scramble. It also expressed its appreciation to the following businesses and individuals for their donations and support: First State Bank, Horizon Bank, Thomerson Drug Store, Kuhn's Sentry Hardware, The Lunch Box, Charles Shaver and Fred Reed.
