Gulley Is HonoredPublished Wednesday, May 22, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneFrederick Gulley, an elementary education major from Rosston, was one of five winners of the Student Leaders of the Year Award at the first annual Student Government Association (SGA) inauguration and awards ceremony held recently at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia. The Student Leader of the Year Award is given to the students whose leadership has had a far reaching impact on their organizations and students at SAU. Gulley is a member of the Black Students' Association, the Student Government Association, Residence Hall Association and the Impact team.
