From Murfreesboro High SchoolPublished Wednesday, May 22, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneStefanie Jackson graduated from Murfreesboro High School on Fiday, May 17, as valedictorian of her class. She is a member of FHA, FBLA, science club, Champs, peer counsleing and Quiz Bowl. She has recieved the Dare You Award, Presidential Academic Fitness Award, Who's Who Among American High School Students, All American Scholar, Chairman's Schoolarship from Hendrix College, Governor's schlolarship and Wal-Mart scholarship. Saturday, May 18, she was honored at a banquet in the Governor's mansion with Governor Jim Guy Tucker. She plans to attend Hendrix College, then enter the medical field and become a surgeon.
