Burglaries SolvedPublished Wednesday, May 29, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneAt least two Nevada County burglaries have been solved with the arrest of two Camden residents. According to Vines, Frances Tanner, 36, and Patrick Hicks, 34, both of Camden, have been arrested and charged with burglary, breaking or entering and theft of property. Tanner faces two counts of each charge, while Hicks has one count of each hanging over his head. The pair are being held in the Nevada County Jail pending their first appearance in court.
