4H Photo Winners NamedPublished Wednesday, June 5, 1996 in the Gurdon TimesJ.D. Buck, Robyn LeMay and Trey Burchfield are Clark County winners in the Arkansas Ross Foundation 4-H Photography Exhibit. The county level is sponsored by the Clark County Extension Service. Judges this year were Dr. Bill Downs and Jeff Root of Ouachita Baptist University. The program is funded by a grant from the Ross Foundation to give 4-H'ers an opportunity to demonstrate their skills. Ownership of all Nevada County Picayune content from the beginning of the newspaper, including predecessors, until May 2001 was contributed by the John and Betty Ragsdale family to the Prescott Community Freenet Association.
