US Post Office Staff Changed Made In AreaPublished Wednesday, June 26, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneWanda Coon, a clerk at the Prescott Post Office the last few years, has been promoted to officer in charge (O.I.C.) of the Okolona Post Office until a replacement can be found. She is also the postmaster at Cale. Coon lives in Whelen Springs. She replaces Jerry Mullins of Hope, who was postmaster at Okolona. Mullins has been appointed postmaster at Emmet. Don McGuire of Prescott, former postmaster at Friendship and Emmet, has been promoted to postmaster at the Lockesburg Post Office. Currently, McGuire is O.I.C. at the Gurdon Post Office.
