Holiday Closings

Published Wednesday, July 3, 1996 in the Gurdon Times

Most businesses in Gurdon will be closed in observance of the Independence Day holiday Thursday, July 4.

Both First State Bank of Gurdon and Horizon Bank will be closed. However, both financial institutions will be open for regular hours Friday.

Clark County offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, giving most county employees a four-day weekend.

Garbage pick up by the county scheduled for Friday will be done Monday, July 8.

All city offices in Gurdon will be closed as well for the July 4 holiday. But city hall will reopen Friday with normal business hours.
