Setting UpPublished Wednesday, July 3, 1996 in the Gurdon TimesCoach Joe Kizer, Street Superintendent Jim Caldwell and Mark Francis worked to build playground equipment at the city park recently. This equipment was purchased with grant money from the Arkansas Parks and Tourism Department. The three are shown building a teeter-totter for youngsters to have fun on.
