Physicals ScheduledPublished Wednesday, July 17, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayunePhysicals for Prescott High male and female athletes, grades 10-12, will be held Friday Aug. 2 at the office of Dr. Charles Vermont. Dr. Vermont's office is located on Highway 67 across from the former Nevada County Hospital. Athletes whose last names begin with the letters A through L should report between 8 a.m. and noon. Those whose last names start with M through Z should be at Dr. Vermont's office between the hours of 1-5 p.m. This is a free physical, and any athlete who doesn't take advantage of it will be charged a fee at a later date. Physical forms must be picked up at the Prescott High School field house or gym before Aug. 2. There are certain areas of information which must be filled out prior to the physical.
