Lucille Dehan HaltomPublished Wednesday, July 24, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneLucille Dehan Haltom, 86, of Emmet died Friday, July 19, 1996, in St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Texas. Born October 18, 1909, in Emmet, she was a retired bookkeeper with First National Bank of Hope, a member of Emmet United Methodist Church and the widow of Frank Haltom. She was preceded in death by her brother, Odie DeHan. Survivors include a nephew, Larry DeHan of Spring Hill; a niece, Jimmie Lou Neal of Little Rock; and three great nephews, Stan Neal of Texarkana, Martin Neal of Little Rock and Trey DeHan of Emmet. Services were held Monday, July 22, at Brazzel-Oakcrest Chapel Funeral Home in Hope with Rev. J.P. Callicott officiating. Burial was in Snell Cemetery in Emmet.
