The booths will be judged on attractiveness, information given about product, service, company, etc. and attitude of persons manning the booth. The winner will receive their booth rental fee. For information about booth rental contact Frances McGill, 501/274-3298. Deadline to reserve a booth is July 31, 1996.

On Saturday, September 14, we will sponsor the George Sharp Junior Livestock Premium Sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. with the poultry chain. This is a premium sale only, no exchange of livestock will occur. All area businesses are encouraged to come support Clark County youth by bidding on their animals. The premium is an extra incentive for the exhibitors and to help cover expenses for taking their animals to the Arkansas State Fair.

Saturday is also Kiddie Day at the carnival when rides will be at a reduced price.

Sunday is the day exhibitors may pick up their wares (livestock is released on Saturday night). The doors will be open from 2-3 p.m. in the educational building. Failure to pick up items at this time will result in forfeiture of any and all prizes. There have been some changes in the Fine Arts division. Entry forms have been included in the fair catalog which are to be cut out and placed on the back of each entry with requested information included.

Check the fair catalog for all rules and regulation in all divisions for any changes that might have been made. The catalogs are scheduled to be ready for distribution in mid-August. They will be at county banks and various businesses.
