Benny L. TidwellPublished Wednesday, July 21, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneBenny L. Tidwell, 47, of Beaumont, Texas, formerly of Nevada County, died Sunday, July 18, 1999. He was born June 24, 1952. He was a Methodist. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alice Wilson Tidwell. Survivors include his father, Basel Tidwell of Prescott; his step-mother, Estelle Tidwell of Prescott; three sons, three daughters and one sister. Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 26, at 2:30 p.m. at Brandon Mortuary Chapel in Hope with Rev. Ivory Curry officiating. Burial will follow in Rosston under the direction of Brandon Mortuary Funeral Home of Hope. Visitation will be Saturday, July 25, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
