Adult Ed Classes Planned

Clark County Youth Development Center will offer classes in adult education for the fall semester.

Persons interested in earning an ABE or GED certificate may enroll by August 26. Application forms are available at Clark County Youth Development Center (old Middle School), 810 South 5th in Gurdon.

Applicants must be 18 years of age.

If the applicant has not graduated from high school, the applicant must apply through the Gurdon School District and must attend a minimum of 20 hours weekly.

Classes will include reading, math, science and beginning computer science. Persons interested in developing or improving personal skills in reading are invited to attend these classes.
