Jaycees Host JugglesPublished Wednesday, August 14, 1996 in the Gurdon TimesSouth Clark County Jaycees benefitted from last week's special program designed for the children and adults. All the donations are for the improvement of this community. August 9, Juggles the clown entertained the children and adults alike. Residents from Pineview Nursing Center also attended the program. The adults said that they enjoyed the show more thant the kids. Contributions will go towards building the Jaycee Kiddy and Senior Citizen Park, located on Front Street beside the fire station. It will also provide a scholarship for a senior in high school with a grade point of a 4 and they desire to further his or her education. The Jaycees are proud to have setup Juggles to come back on a annually basis and perform for the students. He will be the first performance the students will see on their return to school the first week back to school. To become a Jaycee you must be between 21 to 39 years old, with the community in mind.
