Youth Camp Set

The Prescott football coaches are trying a new format for the third annual Wolves youth camp.

In order for these young players to better prepare for their upcoming season, the camp has been moved from three days in late June to three consecutive Saturday mornings.

Although the coaches are busy with early season duties, they felt this time frame would be more advantageous for the youth intersted in this activity.

Information and registration forms will be handed out at school this week. This camp is for young men going into the fourth, fifth and sixth grades. It is also open to a player starting his seventh grade year.

If a young man is interested he should have his parents sign the paperwork and return it to one of the coaches by Thursday, Aug. 22. By having a working idea of the number of campers will help the staff be more organized by Saturday.

If there are enough prospects the camp will be held on August 24, 31 and September 7 from 8:45 to 11:30 a.m. Campers will work on basic fundamentals, competitive skills and a team competition period.
