Fair Hosts Pretty Baby Contest

{The Clark County Fair Association is sponsoring the first annual Pretty Baby Photo Contest.<} {The contest will have four categories: 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-24 months and 3-4 years. Each category will have one girl and one boy winner. Each will receive $25 and a trophy.<} {Each entry must have name, category to be entered, parents' names, phone number and address. Entry fee is $10.<} {You may enter your pretty baby photo either by mailing entry to Judy Beaty, 187 Blish Road, Arkadelphia, AR 71923 (deadline by mail is September 6), or it may be hand-delivered on Tuesday, September 10, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon to the commercial building at the fairgrounds.<} {No entries will be accepted after 12 noon on Septembmer 10.<} {All entries will be on display during the week of the fair, which is September 10-14.
