James C. Bazzelle

{James C. Bazzelle, 81, of Inglewood, Calif., formerly of Rosston, died July 30, 1996.<} {Born August 24, 1914, he was the son of Jupiter T. and Emma J. Bazzelle, a member of Bethel AME Church in Rosston, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a former bus driver for Nevada County, and a retired civil service worker in California.<} {Survivors include two sons, James C. Bazzelle Jr. of Camden and Larry D. Bazzelle of Victorville, Calif.; two sisters, Minnie Bishop and Emma Harris of Gary, Ind.; a brother, Vernon Bazzelle of Inglewood; seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.<} {Services were held Tuesday, August 6, at Morning Star Baptist Church in Los Angeles, Calif., with Arthur Jupiter officiating. Burial was in Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood, Calif., under the direction of Harrison-Ross Mortuaries of Los Angeles.
