Gilbert F. MorrisPublished Wednesday, August 28, 1996 in the Nevada County Picayune{Gilbert F. Morris, 72, of Prescott died Monday, Aguust 19, 1996, in Little Rock.<} {Born February 24, 1924, in Prescott, he was a retired maintenance operator for Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. He was a member of the Church of Christ and was a World War II veteran.<} {Survivors include his mother, Carrie Morris of Little Rock; and a sister, Mildred Smith of Little Rock.<} {Graveside services and burial were held Thursday, August 22, at Sweet Home Cemetery in Nevada County with Wendell Heffington and Harley Sisson officiating, under the direction of Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home of Prescott.
