Schedules ReleasesPublished Wednesday, September 4, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneNext week will begin the schedule for the Prescott Curley Cubs. Their first game is September 12 at Hope. All games are at 7:00. Other games will be against Fordyce, Fouke, Fountain lake, Nashville, Gurdon, and De Queen. The Cubs will play Fouke twice, the first game will be in Prescott on the 26th. The Cubs will travel to Fouke on October 31, the last game of the season for them. The schedule calls for the Cubs to play on Thursday nights, except on October 15, when the junior team will play Gurdon on a Tuesday ngiht. Prescott's junior varsity team will begin its season next week on September 9 at Gurdon. All game times are at 7:30. Home games include Nashville on September 30, De Queen on October 21 and Gurdon on October 28. Games scheduled away, besides the first one, will be at Lakeside on September 19, De Queen on the 23rd, Nashville on October 7 and Hope on October 14. The eighth grade football team will play the same schedule as the junior varsity, except their games will begin at 6:00. Here are this year's schedules for these three teams.
