Pass, Punt, and Kick Set

The Prescott-Nevada County Jaycees are hosting the NFL Gatorade Punt, Pass and Kick competition Saturday, Sept. 28.

The contest is free and open to all youngsters ages 8-15. It will be held at Prescott High School at 1 p.m.

Entry forms may be picked up from Coach Steve Crow at Prescott Middle School, or the Jaycees booth at the Nevada County Fair.

The top finishers from each of the eight age group at the local competition will advance to the sectional competition. From here, their scores are compared to other sectional winners, with the top five earning a trip to the national team championship in New Orleans, La.

The finals will be held during a New Orleans Saint football game.
