Drewcilla Goodwin EckollsPublished Wednesday, September 25, 1996 in the Gurdon TimesDrewcilla Goodwin Eckolls age 79 of ElDorado, died September 16, 1996 at the St. Vincents Hospital in Little Rock. Born May 31, 1917 in Okolona she was the daughter of the late Thad U Goodwin and Kate Wingfield Goodwin. She was preceeded in death by her husband, a daughter, her parents, two sisters, Mildred Goodwin and Pauline Warren. She was a member of the Our Savior Lutheran Church and American Legion Auxiliary. She was employed at Firestone Stores and retired from Zales Jewelers in 1984. Survivors include: a son Thad Eckolls of North Little Rock; two step- grandchildren; two great niceces and four great nephews. Services were Held September 19, 1996 at Our Savior Lutheran Church with Wayne T. Pick officiating Burial was in the Arlington Cemetery in ElDorado under the direction of Young Funeral Home of ElDorado.
