Nevada County Little MissPublished Wednesday, September 25, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneNevada County Little Miss was Sloan Cross (left). She also won the sportswear, interview, photogenic and best dressed divisions. Other winners were, l-r, Caitlin Stockton, second-runner-up; Haley Harris, first runner-up; and Kelsey Wren, third runner-up.
