Dougan Wins At SW FairPublished Wednesday, October 2, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneRacheal Dougan will not be representing Nevada County at the Arkansas State Fair pageant this month. Dougan, who won the talent contest at the Nevada County Fair, won the talent show at the Southwest Arkansas Livestock Show and Rodeo las week. She will now represent the district at the state fair. Misty Holly, who was first runner up at the Navada County Fair, will now be the representative from Nevada County at the state event. Staon Cross was the second runner up in the SWAR Little Miss contest, with Regean Huett the first runner up in the SWAR Fair Queeen pageant.
