Adrian BrackmanPublished Wednesday, October 16, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneAdrian Brackman, 78, of Prescott died Thursday, October 10, 1996, at Columbia Medical Park Hospital in Hope. He was a graduate of the University of Arkansas and was retired from the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service, having served as county agent in Lincoln, Ouachita and Nevada counties. He was the recipient of Extenison Service's Distinquished Service Award. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and National Association of Retired Federal Employees. He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the 104th Infantry Division. He was a 46-year member of the American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Flo Reed Brackman of Prescott; one daughter, Linda Graham of Prescott; one brother, Bob Brackman of Stephens; and two grandchildren. Services were held Sunday, October 13, at the First United Methodist Church. Burial was in DeAnn Cemetery under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home of Prescott.
