Contract Renewals

Producers who signed up in the Agriculture Market Transition Act (AMTA) for 1996 and had a one year lease must renew their contracts before advance 1997 payments can be made.

Producers wishing to receive their advance 1997 payment by December 15, must renew their contracts by December 1. To receive an advance payment by January 15, 1997, you must revise your contract by January 1, 1997.
