Charles WatersPublished Wednesday, October 23, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneCharles Waters, 75, of Camden died Tuesday, October 15, 1996. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Camden, where he was a member of Rose Couples Sunday school class. He was also a member of the Camden Evening Lions Club, the Masonic Lodge, a veteran of World War II and a retired Justice of the Peace. He was the owner of Sur-Wa Grocery and Siliman Furniture. Survivors include three daughters, Nancy Bailey of Camden, Carolyn Billings of Bryant and Martha Ward of Visalia, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Services were held Thursday, October 17, at Proctor Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home of Camden. Memorials may be made to Doctors Home Care.
