Gulley Earns Scholarship To UACCHPublished Wednesday, November 6, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe University of Arkansas Community College at Hope is pleased to announce that Alicia Gulley, a senior at Prescott High School, has been awarded an academic scholasrship. The scholarship is based upon an ACT and/or grade point average plus a recommendation from a school official. Gulley is the daughter of Clarence Gulley and the late Vera Gulley of Bluff City.
