Texas Youth On School's HomecomingPublished Wednesday, November 13, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneMary Amanda Campbell of Texarkana, Texas, recently participated in the homecoming royalty at Liberty-Eylau High School. Miss Campbell was a sophomore princess. Miss Campbell is very active in sports. She began playing t-ball at the age of five in Prescott and has continued playing various sports. She plays varsity volleyball, basketball and softball. She also plays softball in the summer and fall. Amanda was recently nominated and elected to become a member of the National Honor Society. There will be an induction ceremony in mid November. Amanda is the daughter of Mike and Karen Campbell of Texarkana, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Elmer Grant of Hope and the late Mary Grant and Ray and Nell Campbell of Emmet. She is the great granddaughter of Mrs. Cliff White of Prescott and Ora Grant of Hope.
