Bro. Doyle Glass will begin a week of revival at Morris Baptist Church July 26 at 7 p.m. Bro. Tal Webb kicked off with an inspirational sermon Sunday morning. Jerry Don Wicker has some special music lined up. Nada Cearley will be playing the piano.

Margie Reed has returned to Caney from Cutoff, La. Her sister, Charlotte Smith, whom she's been visiting, came home with her for a week or so.

Charlotte and the Karmel's spent Sunday at Louisiana Downs.

Jerry and Anita Wicker attended the 60th wedding anniversary celebration for Conley and Jean Williams in Ft. Worth, Texas, Saturday.

Leah McCullough and Hannah Cleveland spent Thursday night with grandparents, J.W. and Maxine Glass.

J.W. and Maxine Glass celebrated her birthday Friday night at the home of daughter, Pam Cleveland, and family. Also present was Pam's twin sister, Pat McCullough, Kenny, Tim and Leah.

My daughters, Janice Callicott, Phyllis Stewart and Amy Sweat, and I attended a reception for Dennis and Deanna Wicker at Trinity Baptist Church in Texarkana Saturday afternoon.

Ardel Loe and son of El Dorado had lunch with Ann and Junior Loe Thursday.

Junior and Ann, Sidney Steed and Lucy Glass had lunch at Wood's in Camden Sunday after church.

Thought: Middle age is when your age begins to show around your middle.
