We celebrated homecoming Sunday at our church. Not many came back. Bro. David Hampton brought the morning message. J.D. Allen brought the devotional. We had good services and lots of good food. That's one thing we like to do is eat.

J.D and Marie Allen and others in this area were invited to Sutton for the 70th birthday of Jack Andres. They had a family get together as well as friends from Texas Eastern days. The party was held in the family home of George Andres. They say it is a show place for the family restored it.

Lille Mae Phillips, Ruth's sisters, was in attendance. She baked a cake. She knew she was coming. Thanks.

Phyllis Butler was home and attended services.

Gerald and Janet Harris of Malvern were in services with Bro. Tom and June. Janet and June are sisters.

Jeff and Tara Carlton and children were in church. Jeff and Tara sang some specials.

Chad, Brandi and Wesley spent a couple of days with Dick and Earlene Butler.

Russ Carlton will be singing at Morris Baptist Church on Monday night.

The youth that went to church encampment. They reported a good time.

Chris, Jennifer and McKenzie Walton enjoyed the day and lunch of course.

Bro. Bobby Joe and Ann Wright from Patmos Church came for a visit.
