SERVICES STOLENPublished Wednesday, July 28, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneJoAnn Weaver, of Prescott, was charged with theft of services by the Prescott Police Department. Otwell said PPD Chief Sam Reeder was contacted about the incident and investigation showed the electric meter had been tampered with so electricity could be taken without paying for it.
