Johnny Cason, Keith Buchheit and Toby Craig are no longer allowed in Nevada County.

After members of Jakie McKinnon's family saw Cason in the county recently, they asked the court to amend the bond requirements to keep the three men accused of his murder out of the county.

The court agreed to the amendment, stating none of the trio is allowed to enter Nevada County except as required by court appearances or see their attorneys. Then, they can only go to the lawyer's office and must leave the county immediately thereafter.

All three have been released on bail after being charged with first degree murder in the beating death of McKinnon on the opening day of deer season.
