Tom T. BeirnePublished Wednesday, December 11, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneTom T. Beirne, 85, of Benton, formerly of Bakersfield, Calif., and Prescott, died Monday, December 2, 1996, at Benton Service Center Nursing Center. Born September 22, 1911 at Prescott, he was a retired school custodian and the widower of Marie Bryson Beirne. Survivors include Herrell H. Beirne of Benton, James Beirne of Bakersfield, Calif., William C. Beirne of Tehachapi, Calif.; a daughter, Cynthia V. Todd of Bakersfield; a sister, Hattie May Cox of Parker, Ariz.; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Services were held Saturday, December 7, at Liberty Church of Nazarene near Prescott with Rev. Bill Howard and Rev. Betty Ann Stinson officiating.
